Udhiyah is an Islamic ritual that Muslims perform during Eid al-Adha as an offering to Allah, and is a confirmed Sunnah from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The sacrifice of a sheep, cow or camel is slaughtered on the days of Eid, and its meat is distributed to the poor and needy, in addition to family and relatives. Udhiyah symbolizes obedience and submission to God's command. It also reinforces the values of solidarity and solidarity in society, as everyone feels the joy of Eid and shares in its goodness.
